Returns Policy

As a collector, I understand that returns happen. My primary goal is ensure your satisfaction. If you would like to return an item, that is ok. I ask you please do the following:

Please contact me at greatlakesstampsandcoins@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

Please securely package the items you would like to return and drop them in the mail. If you could include the original packing slip with the items you are returning noted, the would be helpful as well.

Any returns need to be initiated within 30 days of the shipping date.

Once I have received the returned items, I will contact you and refund the value of the merchandise. I can not refund shipping costs.

Please keep in mind that it will take usually about 4-7 business days for returned items to get back to me and a couple of days for me to process the return.
